Wedding Update #4

Since the date has been moved from mid-summer to early fall, my colors have changed for the third and final (let's hope) time.  Now I'm decking everything out in red and cream.  I think it's beautiful and romantic and...perfect.  Below is a sample I whipped up on polyvore.

Red Wedding Ideas

As of this moment, the wedding is taking place on Saturday September 4, 2010, in Irvine Kentucky, at 5:00 in the evening.  Of course, that is subject to change at any time.

Also, for anyone that is interested, there might be some photos of my dress on facebook now... It's a definite possibility. :)

(Kyle, the privacy settings have been edited so that you aren't allowed to veiw that album.  Please don't go peering around until you find a loop-hole.  I set it that way for a reason.)

  2. I took a little peek at your dress, Carrie :) You look stunning! I bet Kyle will love it too... I know you have a slightly longer wait than you had originally hoped, but at least you can immerse yourself in the planning. And it won't be all that long before your wedding day comes round :) You must be so excited!

  12. Gorgeous! I know you are excited! I changed my date from Dec to October. Had already ordered the wintry white fur muffs for attendants instead of flowers so we just went with it...fur in October! LOL!

  15. Since your photos are set to public, and Kyle is blocked from the album, he can only *not* access it when he is logged on to his Facebook. If he is just clicking the link, he can easily view it just as all of your readers who aren't your "friends" on Facebook.

  17. Carrie....LOVE these colours!! Our wedding FINALLY took place over the weekend and honestly...it was hands down the best day of my life. all the work and worry you put into it is totally going to pay off...no matter how many times the date has to change, or location or whatever...the basics will stay the same...keep these colours (they are the same as mine!!! but more of a deep burgundy colour and white)...and can i suggest for cake Red Velvet with cream cheese icing.......I'm posting some of my decorations and the cake soon...all the best xo

  20. Hi! As a fellow Kentuckian I stop by here every now and again. I couldn't help but notice that we are getting married on the same day! Except mine is in Versailles instead of Irvine. I wish you the best of luck with the rest of your planning :)

  21. Kirsty:

Hello, fellow Kentuckian! I'm learning that Kentucky bloggers are hard to find, so it's nice to hear from you!

Congratulations on your wedding! :) Chances are that by the time September gets here I'll have had to move mine to a different day, but it would be neat to have the same anniversary! ;)
