I feel like a little kid.

I kind of want to curl up into a ball and hide in the closet so I don't have to leave.  :(

...but since there's no avoiding my return to Kentucky, I'll have lots of posts for you guys about the trip very soon.  I hope you all had a wonderful New Years.

  2. Iida -- Thank you. I have a feeling I'll be needing those bundles. :/ It's just been a perfect little snapshot of what the next part of my life is going to be...and I'm so looking forward to it now.

Happy New Year! I hope 2010 has so much happiness in store for you both (although I'm fairly sure it will!)

  4. Hope your trip was absolutely amazing. Having the other half of your heart half way around the world is nothing short of terrible, but your relationship will only be stronger because of it. Cherish the moments you have together and smile.

  6. Kess -- Thanks. :) And Happy New Year to you as well.

Alisha -- It was...and still is for one last night. :) And I agree. It's hard, but it makes us stronger in the end.

    Crazy Shenanigans -- Oh, I will. :)

  7. OMG...I so used to surl up and hide in the closet when I didn't want to leave. I would throw a sweater on my head and just be completely shocked and amazed that an adult actually found me.

  8. Even though I'm sure we'd all rather you stay in Germany, I can't wait for you to get back to Kentucky and tell us all about your fantastic trip (+pictures!)
    Happy 2010!

  12. Thanks everyone. I know I'll make it. But now that I'm home...I feel like I stepped out of normality and into heaven for a little bit. And I just want to go back. This semester cannot pass quickly enough.

I'm more sure than ever that this is what I want. :)

And Cindy, I'd love to get to meet you! Email me when you find out when you're going over and we'll arrange something. :D
